Welcome to Kiwi Worx Design Studio, a haven for art created specifically for children’s rooms. Art for children is a unique and fulfilling field, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be a part of it. As an artist, I find joy in tapping into my inner child and crafting playful and imaginative pieces that inspire and excite young minds. That’s precisely why I established Kiwi Worx, my very own design studio dedicated to creating art for children.

My journey in this field began when I pursued graphic design studies, at The Open Window in 2003. Along the way, I also acquired a degree in economics, which provided me with the business acumen necessary to venture into entrepreneurship. However, my love for art never waned. During my free time, I continued to create and experiment with various mediums, drawing inspiration from the enchanting children’s books I read to my beloved nephews and niece. It was this profound passion for art for children that eventually led me to embark on the Kiwi Worx Design Studio endeavour.
Through Kiwi Worx, I have the privilege of crafting imaginative and playful pieces of art specifically tailored for children’s rooms. I draw inspiration from a myriad of sources: my own childhood, the captivating stories I share with my little ones, as well as the wonders of nature and the world that surrounds us. For me, art for children encompasses more than just creating aesthetically pleasing images. It is about captivating their minds and nurturing their creative spirits.
In addition to traditional art forms, I embrace the power of digital media in bringing art for children to life. With digital technology, I can create designs that can be printed on various mediums, including canvases, teddy bears, calendars, mugs, and much more, which are available to through different printing companies. This opens a world of possibilities, allowing children to not only enjoy art on their walls but also interact with it through everyday objects.
I deeply understand the significance of creating pieces that not only engage children but also make parents proud to showcase them in their little ones’ rooms. Being an aunt, myself has granted me valuable insights into what parent’s desire in art for their children’s spaces. As a result, I strive to craft pieces that not only resonate with children but also seamlessly blend with the overall decor of their homes.
Establishing my own design studio has not been without its challenges, but my unwavering passion for art for children and my business acumen have propelled me forward, overcoming any obstacles that have come my way. I am thrilled to be pursuing what I love and to have the opportunity to share my art with others. My journey serves as a testament to the power of pursuing one’s passion and turning dreams into reality, particularly when that passion involves creating art for children.
